Certification Mark Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Policy establishes requirements for use of all TNVCert Trademarks and Certification Marks/Certificate Program Mark Use.
2. TNVCert Certification/Certificate Program Mark Ownership
3. Information about the use of TNVCert certificate logo, TNVCert professional certificate, and TNVCert digital badge.
Certificate logo
This is a sample of a certificate logo that is issued to all individuals who have obtained a certificate with TNVCert. Certificate holders are allowed to use the TNVCert certificate logo on their marketing material.
CERTIFICATE logo for certification programs based on ISO/IEC 17024:
CERTIFICATE logo for certificate programs based on JAS-AAS E2659:
Note: This logo is issued only to individuals that have taken the training course and exam based on the updated version of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
Professional Certificate
This is a sample of a certificate that is issued to all individuals that pass a particular TNVCert exam and fulfil the criteria of becoming TNVCert Certified. The owner cannot use the mark for any purpose other than certification.

Note: This certificate is issued only to individuals that have taken the training course and exam based on the updated version of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
Digital Badge
This is a sample of a digital badge that is issued to all individuals who have obtained a certificate with TNVCert. The certificate holder can use the digital badge to communicate a certificate achievement.

4. Authorized Use of TNV Certification/Certificate Program Mark
of use only the Certification/Certificate Program Mark which represents the appropriate certification, credential, and certificate program.
Each TNVCert certified professional and certificate holder may use the appropriate TNVCert Certification/Certificate Program Mark in professional and business materials such as business cards and email signatures.
Non-Assignability and Non-Transferability
Permission to use the Certification/Certificate Program Mark is limited to the certified person and certificate holder, and shall not be transferred to, assigned to, or otherwise used by any other individual, organization, or entity.
5. TNVCert Certification/Certificate Program Mark Use Policy Violation Reporting
Following receipt of information that an inappropriate or unauthorized use of the Certification/Certificate Program Mark may have occurred, TNVCert will determine if responsive action(s) will be taken, including the following:
The alleged inappropriate or unauthorized Mark use will be reviewed.
If a Policy violation may have occurred, TNVCert shall communicate to the individual(s) and/or organization(s) involved, requesting that they cease the unauthorized use.
If the Policy violation is not corrected, appropriate legal actions or sanctions shall be taken, including certification suspension or revocation or certificate invalidation.
